Everyone.

June Individual Registration Now Open!

Are you tired of not knowing what to say or do when an interpersonal conflict shows up where you work? Tensions around differences are rising daily.

How can we resolve these tensions of difference with grace?

WHAT IS RLI?

Racial Literacy Institute is an organized space where participants work to develop their racial literacy skills. Participants will engage in large seminars, small group sessions, and independent activities - All carefully curated to help you explore and examine your racial story and it’s impact on how you navigate identity-based stressful encounters.

LEVEL 1

RACIAL LITERACY TRAINING

This foundational racial literacy training is for people with zero to limited exposure to racial literacy skills.

LEVEL 2

RACIAL LITERACY TRAINING

This elevated racial literacy training is for people with a recent history of guided practice of racial literacy skills and are seeking a more intermediate level of learning.

WE-WORK: Build on storytelling skills for resolving interpersonal conflicts in professional relationships.

Available at August Institute ONLY

This is about more than race.

At Lion's Story, we have found that when we use stories to identify who we are rather than labels, accomplishments, or status, conflicts are more resolvable. We help professionals develop their story as a tool for creating healthier relationships where they lead, work, play, teach, or learn, so they can be more productive.
